RETSOL PD-2000 1D/2D Presentation Scanner NOT WORKING PROPERLY. IT DOESN'T READ THE COMPLETE BARCODE. OUT OF 13 DIGITS, IT SCAN ONLY 11 DIGITS AND MISSING 1 DIGIT IN BETWEEN AND 1 DIGIT AT THE LAST. ULTIMATELY I AM NOT ABLE TO USE IT FOR MY SUPER MARKET. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
