From the product's description: Each serving of 3 tablets provides 1000mg of Calcium, 400mg of Magnesium and 25mg of Zinc Plus 600 IU of Vitamin D. We carefully selected a balanced blend of sources of calcium (as Calcium Carbonate and Calcium Gluconate), magnesium (as Magnesium Oxide and Magnesium Gluconate) and zinc (as Zinc Oxide and Zinc Citrate) to make our calcium magnesium zinc tablets easy to digest & absorb."
