E caps stay fresh and can be opened for topical application. Good quality product.
Solgar has a reputation for quality vitamins so I ordered this E to try.I don't know how to rate it because I can't ever tell that it's doing anything.But, I like to have E caps on hand to break open for topical/skin.I think the caps keep the E more fresh than the bottles of E oil.
