One of the Best Multivitamins I've UsedI've tried it all—whole food-based vitamins, natural capsule forms, fermented sources—everything you'd find in the multivitamin section at Whole Foods. Unfortunately, none of them worked for me; they caused digestive distress, hives, headaches… you name it.Then I found a multivitamin by Simple Truth (a Kroger brand) on Vitacost, and it suited me perfectly—but sadly, it was discontinued. I knew what ingredients worked for me, so I kept searching and was lucky to find HUM Base Control. When I checked the ingredients, they were identical to the Simple Truth formula—even the inactive ones. It was a perfect match!Now my whole family uses this vitamin. Buying directly from HUM requires a pricey subscription (about $38), so I'm really glad Amazon carries it.One tip: I’ve found that taking the vitamin mid-meal during breakfast—not before or after—prevents any nausea and helps with absorption. I feel more energized, and even my teenage daughter notices the difference on the days she takes it.Overall, this is a great multivitamin. Thanks to HUM for making something that truly works.

Love hum vitamins and supplements

Great for people who get nausea from vitamins. Doesnt upset my tummy at all. Still need to add other supplements to make a well rounded regimen which is why I have it 4 stars. Also has not made my 💩 irregular which can happen for me when I take vitamins.

These are great! I was taking different multivitamins before and had to buy other vitamins to supplement to make sure I got everything I wanted to. With this, it has everything I need except the amount of vitamin d I need. I buy the Hum brand vitamin d, and save money!.

I feel good about taking these vitamins!!! I despise taking capsules so I was happy to of found a mutli that was a tablet... NOT a horse-pill size!!! Easy to swallow.... does turn urine about the same color as the NEXT button below this field.. 🤔 actually brighter!! I don't mind cause it assures me that it has dissolved and my body is absorbing it.I do feel like there could be some more OOOMPH to it... like clean energy.. NOT caffeine. I do love the vitamins but I'm not sure if I'm sold on the Vitamin for its benefits ( I take them but I haven't felt a change...) or because of the convenience of ease swallowing it. I do love the HUM line!! But I am still shopping around for a muti. I believe this product is great for a lot of people ( including my own teenage daughter) but I think I need more than this particular tablet can offer.YES I would recommend this product!!! It's just not at the top of my own self chart ☺️

I have always been a "One a Day" person and normally I do not pay a lot for daily vitamins. I happened across the HUM Base Control and really like it and it is worth the price. It may be my imagination, but it seems to give me more energy and make me feel better, which I love. Read the label, it has all the vitamins that I need and it is much better then the normal daily vitamins that a person would take. The pill itself it a good size, easy to take and does not give you a vitamin after taste.

I've been in desperate need of a multivitamin. I immediately felt nauseous and within 1 min of taking these and then proceeded to throw up. ?? It's rare for me to throw up. I have a sensitive body an eat Healthy but I don't throw up often. I had not thrown up in years before taking these.but I've thrown up immediately within 1 minute after taking these, EVERY. SINGLE. TIME! So it was not just a fluke".This is not a multivitamin. and waste of money.I'm not sure if this is even safe" to consumer, or FDA approved ingredients. cuz I'm not sure why it makes me throw up everytime with 60 secs of taking it, My body luterally rejects it and throws it up. ??I cannot reccomend this. I'm dissapointed/ disgusted at this waste of money. I was in desperate need of a multi vitamin.I WOULD REALLY LIKE A RETURN/ REFUND. Cuz this is just not fair. These are not consumable for me, my body literally rejects it immediatly after swallowing one. These do not even stay down.A waste of money, and now money down the drain cuz I can't even get a better multivitamin- Im broke as is at the moment -Which is why I had gave these 'cheaper vitamins' a try in the first place.. If your also broke you're better off just saving ur money, and getting sonething higher quality! :/ :( 😞Disgusting. Not a good vitamin, and makes me sick. Can't take these. Why did you pick this product vs others?:Decent product but there are more cost effective alternatives that have the same needed daily vitamins.
