We got this matress topper to save buying a whole new matress as ours wasn't very comfortable and it does make a massive difference. However despite it being temperature controlled, it seems to generate heat. This would be great for winter or people who are generally cold, but my partner gets ao hot when he sleeps so this topper was like cooking him lol. Be aware it does slip off the matress all the time, every day I have to readjust it and put the straps back over the matress which is annoying but I can't fault how comfy it is.

At first I thought this was great but after a couple of weeks, back problems got worse, very hot in bed DOES NOT keep you cool.the mattress topper moves and the straps are useless. Found it very difficult to move in bed, the topper seems to stick to your body. Total waste of money

I've been through 4 mattresses in 18 months- from supposedly premium to standard and was getting desperate. I lost a lot of money travelling to collect and return or paying couriers to return to mattressonline etc. I was listing after a latex topper but couldn't afford it after all the funds I'd spent trying other mattresses. Eventually I decided to get this topper as an interim measure because my back was aching every morning and I needed to do SOMETHING! Well, from the first sleep I was in my element. Who'd have though that the answer was as simple as a subrtex topper for a fraction of the cost of all my returns! I have another two rooms to furnish when my renovation is complete and I'll be buying more of these amazing toppers. Thank you so much 🙏

Purchased to add height to a full foam mattress.I have purchased many different memory toppers over the last 12 years. This one is definitely the most comfortable.This is so comfortable just wish it didn't slide over the bed. Really annoying having to keep pulling it back everyday.This is the only reason I have given 4* and not 5*

Bought this because my mattress was on the hard side which wasn’t good for my fibromyalgia. Very comfortable.

Sleeping on it now for one week and seems to have eased the pressure on my lower back and my back isn't as stiff or sore as before. My partner also finds it comfortable.

I would have given this 5 stars across the board if I didn't have to keep moving it back every morning. It says it's non slip, it slips, but I can live with it for how comfortable it is. I'd tried others in the past and wasn't expecting much, oh how I was wrong. It's deeper than I expected and comfortable beyond my expectations. I love it. Great value for money too. Win, win.
