I purchased as I was having trouble sleeping and at the moment I am really struggling to sleep so I looked into this and this supplement was the best. I am really happy with these so far

Arrived in good time and well packaged and sealed and in tact. I have read some of the reviews and yes I understand some people have not found this product helpful. I disagree I have been using this product for 2 months now and I have more energy and stamina and feel less tired. As we age we do tend to tire easier it's not a miracle worker suppliment. I just feel better taking this product for muscle, bone and fatigue. Has assisted in a muscle injury for me and will be purchasing again thank you seller.

Just picked up my order. Opened once I get home and noticed that the tube seal vas not properly glued on.In the picture you can see where the seal was properly on the tube.Outside plastic seal around the lid was good I think.Is it good to use this product?

A high dose of magnesium will usually help with constipation very quickly, but these have no effect whatsoever.I'm not convinced they contain as much magnesium as claimed. Who knows, maybe they contain no active ingredient at all - these sellers are completely unregulated.

Have not notice any improvement after taking for while
