I wasn’t expecting much but have been very pleased with the one pen I have used out of the package. I am very, very picky when it comes to ink pens because they have to feel just right in my hand or my writing looks like chicken scratch. These pens are wonderful! **UPDATE: would drop to three stars. Refills run out of ink way too fast. One will write when I draw squiggles to test it but when I try to write with it, nothing.Would not buy again.

I bought these for my dad who has Parkinson's. He has trouble gripping pens sometimes and the wider grip on these has helped him write better. Easy stocking stuffers.

These are best ever for my needs.. with the large area to hold on to write, it makes my writing readable.Nice to have around your neck, and use them for signing in for the doctor ect.. also will be nice to be ableto write Christmas Cards this year.. I highly recommend them..

I do understand why the ballpoint is covered in wax or whatever it's covered with, but these pens are for people with arthritis and it was very difficult for me to get as much of the ballpoint as possible. Subsequently there is a little piece that still sticks to the ballpoint that makes the pens skip. I wish they were a better way to ship these because I'm sure being shipped from China the ballpoints are clogged at the end so that they do not leak the ink out of them. I like the attached lanyard very much, but now I have pens with refills and they all skip because I cannot get all of the coating off of the ballpoint itself.

Looks nice good grip but I was expecting a little bit of weight to it, but no they are very light. Not sure how I feel yet! Whether it’ll make a difference or not.

My dear 84 yo Mom has dexterity issues with her hands. She has a hard time grasping, squeezing, turning, opening etc. Poor thing...so I saw these and thought, let's try these pens so she can still write out her shopping list. She says they are much better than the thin pens she was using. The strap around each pen is a waste because she won't be wearing it around her neck but maybe someone might want to. If your parent/friend/elderly neighbor is having dexterity issues, these pens are perfect for them.
