Great quality baby food we haven't had any issues with the Taste or Texture of this food and the consistency is always great. The only issue I have now is getting my picky child to eat food that comes out of the cups instead of just a pouch ... for some reason she thinks the pouches have something better or sweeter in them . Most of her meals we have to trick her into eating what comes out of the cup by holding a pouch and pretending to squeeze the food on to the already full spoon . Lol I really wish they made these meat meals in pouches as well !

Gerber Apple Chicken has become a staple in our home, not by choice bit by circumstance.After too long I understand why it's almost always sold out at 6 different local Walmart.Baby wouldn't eat any other animal or poultry purees not even chicken and rice or plain chicken. But apple chicken is approved.Toddler ask for it by name. Even though nuggets and many big adult foods are on the menu, Apple Chicken stays by demand.Some things I appreciate is that it's 100 calories in a 4 oz container compared to 40-80 calories of many other flavors.Taste wise it's ok for baby food. I'm not a fan but baby and toddler are so it's good.Texture wise it's a thick puree.Smell wise it smells like sweet boiled chickenAppearance is alright it's beige in color and comes in single use plastic packaging..sometimes they are slightly crushed when they come inThese gerbers are harder to open than other flavors the top often separates and sticks to the edges more than veggie flavors. I suspect this is due to the chicken being cooked and added to containers at a higher temp. If you care about mciroplastics then just don't buy gerber. But I'm team fed is best and I cut those hazards other places.Size it's just under 4oz or 120mls per container and you get 16. They are also easy to store

My 6 month old loves these! A great “complete” meal perfect for his dinners. Would highly recommend.

Mix in with reg wet cat food for extra moisture and cats liked it. No baby to test on!

I ordered this for my youngest, the price was amazing and he really enjoyed it.

I have a few that need puree meat. Needs the protein for her little body.
