It looks really nice and it's not bulky, unlike many similar items. It hold my phone (it's a big phone), wallet, keys, water bottle, and earbuds case. Could hold a small snack too. It's comfortable and doesn't stick out. It comes with an attachment for larger size waists/hips. Not something I'd use alone for a long treks, but it's good for running, errands, going to the gym, and things like that.

I love this pack! It’s exactly what I needed for my runs. It has enough space for my water bottle, phone and keys. I was scared at first because I wasn’t sure if it would fit my 24 oz ironflask water bottle but it fits perfectly!

This is just okay. Works okay for short hikes. Sort of small. Hold your I.d. and a water bottle. Fits well, but small.

The belt is really comfortable when walking or hiking -- it fits well, and there's plenty of room for water, phone, keys, small snacks, etc.Unfortunately, the belt is horrible for running. The fabric on the waistband is not stretchy, so it immediatly rides up, and worse, the waistband can't be adjusted while wearing it (you'll need to stop your run, take the band off, adjust the size, and put it on again). The pouch for water is too deep, so the water bottle (even a small one) constantly bounces off your thigh while running. Finally, the pouches are loose, so items slosh around in them.I've tried running with this twice, and both times, I ended the run with all my items in my pockets, holding my water (which completely defeats the purpose of wearing a belt).Overall, this was a disappointing purchase.

Nice and slender design, reflective stripping for night wear, very cleaver design to carry a bottle of water if you like and/or you can use it as a pouch instead making it 3 pouches. The main pouch is large enough to hold a large phone. Beautiful material and sturdy clip.

works ok, the bounce is there with bottle when runningthe net that holds the water bottle is about to come apart, the stitching there is not quality .can hold note 8 phone with case fine.
