Why did you pick this product vs others?:This product is high quality and works really well! I make hot wheels into keychains and the material of the split rings are really sturdy. The pliers are very easy to use and work nicely!

This set has a good variety of split ring sizes. The material is good for fashion jewelry and the pliers work better than anticipated. I traditionally use two of my regular jewelry pliers to open the split ring and then insert the pendant. These pliers are all you need to hold the split ring open, and if it slips the long side of the pliers prevents the little split ring from jumping out of your fingers and getting lost somewhere. I was pleasantly surprised by how effective they work.

This is a very nice set a very low price. Included are probably all the split rings I will e ER need in my lifetime, in 3 different sizes, in both gold and silver color. And while it is not always needed, a tool to open the rings is included, which works well and is easy to use.These rings are great for attaching, for example, pendants to chains. They can be used to attach charms to bracelets and keychains; many other home jewelry projects are possible. The split rings hold more reliably than open jump rings, and pendants, charms, etc are less likely to get lost.These are bright and shiny and plenty sturdy for everyday typical use, and they look good with gold and silver jewelry.

I’m glad I found these split rings. They are definitely durable, that’s for sure. I’m glad I now have a variety of sizes to choose from as well as the colors to use to match my projects. They fit quite well for most of my work that I’ve been doing.However, I only gave 4 stars because the largest rings are not large enough to accommodate chandelier crystals. Also, the tool that comes with these rings, I’ve found, does not come together when attempting to use it to open a split ring. :-(

The order arrived on time, TYVM Amazon. The product is fairly easy to use, got my split rings and was finishing the jewelry in no time. There is plenty more, for new projects, so, WIN/WIN.

The rings sizes are perfect and come in a little cute storage case- The tool itself opens up any stubborn rings. Very pleased to have this.
