Our tap water was cloudy with a distinct chemical smell,making it unusable for drinking. After installing this filter, the results were immediate. The water is now perfectly clear, and tds of 57. The taste is so pure and neutral, it rivals any premium bottled water. It’s a relief to have a reliable, eco-friendly source of great-tasting water right in our kitchen. The detailed instructions made setup straightforward. We are 100% satisfied Technician Arbaz was fantastic. He was very polite, highly knowledgeable, and the installation was quick and smooth. He thoroughly explained how to use the product. Highly recommend this service too.

Installation is not really free as ₹250/- was charged under the garb of location being out of service area, when it was merely 35 kms away. Since I had purchased two units I was charged ₹500/- although installation was done on the same day. When I called Faber Helpline the Customer Care Executives were not able to provide any support much less any resolution or inform on the Company policies. Pathetic & careless customer support from Faber & poor Service Centre in Goa all which is unacceptable to any customer. Coming back to the product, it is value for money for the price notwithstanding pathetic service. When compared to my previous Aquaguard water purifier Faber has superior filtration, design, built quality at a very competitive price. There was a time when Aquaguard held an undisputed monopoly over home water purification systems & misused that monopoly by selling simple 3 stage UV purification systems at ridiculously exorbitant prices which is no more the case today. Aquaguard sold to me & continues to sell simple 3 stage UV purification systems for highly exorbitant prices. Today much more superior & advanced purification systems are available in the market at a substantially lesser price than that being offered by Aquaguard and this Faber product undoubtedly being one of them.

Someone in the family put some sense into me that the vibration is something one can get used to over time, I decided to listen and acknowledge that. The challenge of finger prints on the black color body remains as is (that’s what you get when you like shiny sleek looking products! lol) . That said, I do like the taste of the water. My previous RO never tasted like this, and I had it for close to 8-10yrs, this actually feels good (not kidding). In fact in the past, there were times I have called the service technicians to check if everything was okay with the RO. Apparently Kent machines do have a heavier taste to the water. Could be the level of purification they provide. In a nutshell, I have kept this purifier. I like the taste of the water; have been able to ignore the vibration, and have made peace with cleaning the stains on the machine periodically. **Will get to know over a period of time if any technical issues arise. Will update review if needed. …………………………… Have initiated a return. The body gets finger prints at the slightest touch (which can’t be avoided when you’re filling your glass or bottle), finding that uneasy on the eye and also a pain to keep cleaning all the time. It vibrates while the tank fills up, which also means throughout the day when you have water directly from the tap it will vibrate when it fills. Also, by design, every time you fill water there is water drip (some drops on minimum) on the tap area which is grooved. Could make sense why one of the customer gave a review about paint chipping from the tap area within a month. Otherwise looks very compact and sleek; and sits well on the wall. Have decided to return it and go back to my previous Kent water purifier. Guess all ROs have some or the other concerns be it the machine or the service. Kent had additional charges for the sediment filter but at least was low maintenance in terms of looks and didn’t make any noise.

Great product! It holds plenty of filtered water and easy to use. Have not needed to have ti serviced yet, but installation was easy. Very satisfied with RO so far.
