Missing parts!
I took a chance on buying this I.S.O. (instrument shaped object). I was so excited to start my cello hobby. I received my cello in a box that was really beat up. Pulled out all the contents and tried setting it up. The bridge was warped and didn't sit right on the body. My cello was also made WITHOUT a sound post! I tried tuning it over and over again, but it wouldn't stay in tune. I took my cello and my broken heart to Sam Ash. Their technician told me the I would need a new bridge ($120 to $140) and install a sound post (price was not discussed). I am returning this item. I purchased a used cello from Sam Ash. Please don't buy this instrument. The black color was just sparkly black spray paint sprayed on, and it wasn't an even coat. And the wood had some chips on it.
