This is the perfect consistency to add a little salt to unsalted snacks, to keep track of sodium intake. The fine powder distributes and sticks well. It is great to be able to control the sodium levels, and buy unsalted versions of snacks to flavor as needed. This 2 pound bag will last a long time. Worth the purchase.

This is everything that I wanted. It easily dusts nuts and gets in the crevices and sticks. It is too fine to measure so it has to be used a few times to get a good feel for it, but I am very happy with it. I'm not so sure about popcorn as it seems some pieces of popcorn has a lot of salt and some not, but I wanted it for roasted nuts and for that, it is perfect. It is very fine.

Very fine powdery salt as promised! Dissolves quickly and is great on popcorn!

You can use a very small amount and it spreads very evenly. Should last about 10 years!

I was looking for a salt that's fine ground like the salt they put on fries at McDonalds because of how it sticks to food. This salt does sick to food like that, vs granular salt that just bounces off French fries. It seems a bit finer than the McDonalds salt, but it does the trick. I do recommend this product.

If you love salt, you need flour salt. It's finer than most "salt powder" and sticks to anything. Love love love this stuff for so many foods - from nuts to fries to popcorn it's amazing. Steak and other things you want larger granules ... well it still works but there's better options. The reverse doesn't hold true though. This is the only kind of salt that will stick to certain foods.

This flour salt or as I refer to it as powdered salt literally disappears on food, thus no granular texture to vegetables when applied and is truly remarkable on corn on the cob. What a great find and a reasonable price.
