Seems good. I am used to chewing on 1-3 cloves after a meal. Hope it helps keep bacteria at a minimum in the mouth.I read how cloves are excellent for the teeth/mouth. Chew at least one minute. I end up swallowing the clove after chewing but u can spit it out.Cloves are great in tea too.Search for cloves ans uses online and there are many!!
