A beautifully written, thoughtful book on our worries. A very important talking point amongst children and this is an excellent starting point. A must on everyone’s bookshelf. I highly recommend it to children and young adults, actually everyone....

A great way of getting children and young adults to think/talk about this important issue.
Too many of our children and young adults today face these issues of self esteem and lack of confidence that can then snowball out of control. Reading a book like this and looking at the great illustrations will get children talking and hopefully sharing their worries so they don't feel alone. Should be in all schools.
