I use this on my horse who always has a new scrape. It stays on the days while allowing the area to breathe and heal. Awesome stuff.

This tape is far healthier and removable on your skin than several other competitors. I am using it daily while a knee issue is being treated with physical therapy (and prolotherapy/PRP) and it also is great on the related ankle tendonitis. Because of the length of time I am using it, I bought the large roll and cut to length. I find I don't need as long a piece, so it's economical. Be sure if you are cutting your own to use only what you need (and anchor the ends with no tension), cut a curve on the ends so it's less likely to peel off when you put clothing on. I have to also have to cut the length except for one inch or so to create a "y" pattern. The colors are fun, but it's a lot to buy a full big role of blue or pink if you don't want it standing out when barelegged (if that is a word!)

I have tried almost every Brand of kinesiology tape and this brand is by FAR the best. Sticks better, does not itch or irritate skin, stays on better and is also easier on the skin when removed. Unlike most people here who use it to prevent or treat injuries from athletic activity, I use it to assist with managing osteoarthritis pain and support newly replaced joints (nobody tells you about the pain and strain of ligaments/muscles when you have knees replaced). I even use it to help with carpel tunnel and to manage lymphedema swelling in my ankle. It’s quite remarkable what you can do with this stuff. Just look up the videos for how to tape your specific problem on You Tube. I’ve even heard people say it helps reduce scarring and can be used to support pregnancy belly.One word of warning, KT tape, Rock Tape, and Spyder Tape have all been problematic (hot, caused itching, wouldn’t stick, or almost peeled off a layer of skin).Put a small piece in your inner arm and leave it for a bit to make sure it doesn’t irritate you - label says it’s cotton and adhesive is latex free.

LOVE this tape, use is a lot for many conditions, have been trained in it's use for over 20 years, and have found this is the best tape- sticks the best especially if the person wearing it will be sweating. They also have a waterproof tape for swimming, heavy sweat sports. If you are going to be doing a lot of taping in the next year get this clinic/bulk roll. The tape does not go bad, just keep it out of high heat or the adhesive gets really sticky. We also use Covidien Tens-Cote prep pads to clean the skin and give it a light protection. Wear tape 3-5 days, take off, wash area, give 1 day tape rest, then retape if needed.

I have used this tape for years for pain, once for my shoulder both after surgery and my one knee after surgeries I had on it. It helps with some of the pain.

I use this to cover hot spots on my feet and ankles from speedskating. I also use this as a cover for the Bandaid blister pads and cushions. I have tried so many things and my poor feet have beet beat up. So when my friend who works as an RN at the VA told me about this, I jumped on it. I find it works best if you apply and then put a sock on and wait about a half hour before doing what you need to do. It seems to set the tape better, getting it warm and better attached. I cut the tape into 4” and 5” lengths with my sewing rotary cutter and mat. Went fast! Then I rounded the edges by cutting with a sharp scissor cause they seem to roll less when you have rounded edges. I know it sounds like a lot of work but it went super quick and I had 50 done in maybe less than half hour.

The same as the original kinesio tape sold in physical therapy offices. Large roll, has 2 inch markings on back for easy measuring. Works exactly like the original product. This is not a knock-off product. I got the larger roll so that I wouldn't have to feel like I had to hoard my smaller roll or that I had to be in lots of pain in order to use it. I even gave some strips to my neighbor who was also have issues. It seems to work in a variety of cases to hold posture, to get the muscles to relax, to increase the blood flow to an area. Research kinesio taping or accupressure taping (for the wide range of uses). Beige color blends into skin color and isn't as noticeable on skin that isn't colored by clothing.
