Great Customer Service from The Garage Project
I decided to use a standard 3" on-center retail slat wall with aluminum inserts in my garage because they look nicer than a lot of the standard garage slat wall systems. Handiwall hooks and accessories seem to be the only ones I could fine that fit this type of standard slat wall with metal inserts. I must say that I'm extremely impressed with the accessories. They are extremely well-made, sturdy, and good looking brackets. I've purchased the Small Loop Hook, J Hooks, and 4" Double Hook. One hook arrived damaged (bracket wasn't level) perhaps during shipping. I contacted The Garage Project that sold me the hooks and they immediately sent me out a new hook that day. Now that's great customer service! I highly recommend Handiwall hooks and the vendor, The Garage Project.
