Venus Explorer (MS-DOS CD-ROM)

This product does not work in any of my computers because I have Windows 7 and Windows 8 (64-bit). This is made for IBM or very old versions of Windows. This info is not stated in the ad; it's only stated that a CD-ROM is required. If I return this product, I'll be charged again for S & H, which means I would end up putting out half of the product's cost in S & H and have nothing to show for it.Or I can have something to show for what I paid by keeping this dead and useless software program. I called the number given on the owner's manual in hope of getting some support, but the number is out of service. What to do.....
