2 Pack Rolling Mouse Trap, Bucket Mouse Traps, Rodent Rat Traps for House, Live Catch and Release Bucket Spin Roller for Mice & Pests Specification: stainless steel, 300*20mm, 2pack Do you have problems with rodents? Do you have mice or rats chewing and doing expensive damage to your property? The rolling mouse trap device is without a doubt better than you could imagine. Use mouse traps in your carport, garage, basement, barn, crawlspace or anywhere you have an infestation. Instruction: 1.Take a regular five gallon bucket, cut two small slots on the top of the bucket 2.Put about 3 to 5 gallon of water in the bucket 3.Put peanut butter on rolling log and a little vegetable oil or spray on the ends and place in the slots. Principle: Rat traps work because it is very light in weight; the rolling element is 2-4 oz. lighter than the average mouse traps. When the mouse either turns around or sits to eat, the mouse's center of gravity extends over the circumference of the roller and the mouse falls.

Got 3 mice the first night
I read a couple reviews to add a washer of some sort in the middle. I used at 2 5/8”holesaw on a 1 inch thick piece of hard maple and used a 1” wood bit to cut through the center so the wood spins freely on the metal bar. I smeared peanut butter all the way around the wood so if a mouse ate it all on top, it would spin as it moved to eat the food on the sides. I also smeared just a little bit of peanut butter along the bar to lead him to the main food on the wood. The first night in the chicken coop, I only had one of these set up and just made a ramp to go on one side. Got 3 mice already.

It works! Caught the annoying rodent in 2 days
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. We have a tiny mouse running around during house renovation. So I bought this tool and set up the trap. I put 3 cameras around it to see if it works. Day 1, the tiny guy showed at around 5am and decided to give up because we set the ramp too steep. Day 2, we made an easier ramp and guess what? He was caught! On of my best purchases on Amazon. We also have those ultrasonic devices but as you can see, those are useless.

Not worth it
After months of sitting and checking daily. Not one mouse or rat. Washed the car last weekend, 03-13-21, forgot soapy bucket with dirty water in it. Next morning, had 2 mice and a rat in the bucket. Go figure. A little bit of lemon scent Palmolive worked better than the bars and peanut butter.

Doesn’t work
We’ve had this up a week now in two places and all we see is mouse poop in the bucket of water. It must not be turning when the mouse is on. We catch more in the electronic zap traps we have. Disappointed!

Bearing friction too high.
Being in the bearing business, I could tell as soon as I got this thing that the bearing friction was too high and the weight of the mouse might not overcome it (a squirrel sure, but not a mouse). Testing it in a log cabin along a river where I know I have a ton of mice, I was right, caught no mice. If the bearings were much higher quality - lower friction, this thing would work like it's YouTube videos. Wasted my time and money.

Rolling Mouse Trap
Wow I have had mind over 6 months now and they really work'... don't know why but they do. very easy to set up once you get the bucket... just remember to put a stick on either side that will let them clime up to the top with... and fine a place out of the way where they usually would go to. You can put water in the bottom... this way they diy ... yet we have had 4 or 5 at a time in the bucket they can't get out of the 5 gal. size. Just make sure that the roller moves freely ... and just put a very little in the middle of the roller of peanut butter... it work's every time. I don't clean off the p/b ... they tend to keep coming back... for it. I gave my friends some as well and they love them and how well they work'

It was a disappointment
I didn't really had high hopes for this but it was far worse. It is a little too big to fit on a 5g bucket from lowe's or home depot. even if you can some how fit it, it's doesn't spin fast enough to be effective. You are much better off just doing a diy version of this
