Pacemaker World Geography and Cultures 2nd edition

I purchased this book as part of my quest to obtain my high school dipoloma, 30 years after-the-fact. Although I am taking classes, the adult school budget doesn't allow you to remove the books from class, so this is helping me speed up the process. This text book arrived in great condition and will be passed on to my daughter-in-law when I am finished with it.

Thanks for the speedy shipment of the nicely represented textbook by Globe Fearon, it was a real help when the class list increased suddenly.

I ordered this to supplement our homescooling cirriculum. We graze a lot of geography topics with other subjects, especially history. This is a well organized and thorough text. Unfortunately, its horribly dry. This will be a great resource for me to review geography concepts as a reference book but we will never be using this as a text. I will order a fun workbook or pull up some ideas for fun hands on learning methods using this only to choose topics. I bought it used so I feel it is an excellent resource to have around but just don't tourture your kids with this as their text.

Needed this for school so now we have a second copy one at school and one at home. Perfect condition.

Great compact book

It provides nice overview of the subject for young people.
