Brilliant piece of kit

I had contacted the seller immediately when the items were not working, I explained 1 faintly shows figures but rest total blank, i followed the instructions that was given on how to charge and press reset/clear button but still not work, i added pictures to show and said video won't attach but can email. i was keep going in circles as they telling me to troubleshoot which i had done before contacting and they are not reading my messages properly. in the end they said they will send a replacement and I was happy with that. so I had binned the non working items and explained i need it before christmas as i am going away and i ordered it for that reason. then i was told i cant get it before christmas and to return the item. i was like i have binned them now, how can i return when its gone in the bin, should of told me before yet the seller blames me and claims its unusual for the items to not work, i came to leave a feedback on the service come to discover other people have had the same experience as me and its not just me and in fact its actually very common. i had spoken to amazon about this, they have arranged the refund, i told them to check the feedbacks others have had the same issue and they said will raise this with the concerns team to investigate this seller so other customers dont have the same issue as me

Confirming other reports: Netagon timer is quick and easy to set up. Instructions clear. But not enough clearance for flanged plugs or some large power packs.Delevery prompt (Though this was a re-order because the first didn't turn up.)Instructions warn timer will reset on power fluctuation or contact problems however testing found no such issue. First five star report as it is exactly as expected.

This item is of the 8-button type similar to what Argos was selling some years ago, that I liked. I had about 6 of them purely for operating house lights. When a couple of these ‘expired’, I replaced them with the 6-button type that Argos was then selling, but I always found difficulty in resetting them when required. Then I saw these on Amazon. They did not seem to have a very good write-up, but I took a chance and purchased 4 of them. They arrived in good time, but I suspected from the reports that they may have been of old stock as the ‘screens were blank. However, I immediately plugged them all in to give them a charge for about an hour. By then the screens on 2 of the items were ‘displaying’, and when I pressed the ‘reset’ buttons, the other 2 came to life. 3 of the items have been now working for almost 3 months - the forth one is spare. I do find it easy to adjust the programme for the changing of dawn/dusk and BST/GMT.Just for reference; I am a 75 year old male.

Great value for money. very easy to set up and program.

Thought it was a good deal but only two of the three timers work.Emailed seller and was told to try and restart it? Tried this many times before I reported it faulty.
