Good stuff
This stuff will invigorate you! Seems to give me energy and let's me handle harder workouts. I like it on toast. A little extreme of a scent but the flavor is good. Just don't think about it too much and down the hatch lol

Healthy and delicious
I purchased these after learning how healthy cod liver oil is, but I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious it is.

How much good fat is too much? Be careful how much you eat.
Loved it but Didn't realize one little tin is two servings. So if you eat the whole can that is 100% of your daily fat, so I wonder how much we should eat at one time? Per day?

iCan Icelandic Cod Livers
Delicious cod livers in their own oil, excellent product, came very well packaged, no dents or leaks, promptly, no delay. Will be glad to try this brand again.

DO NOT REFRIGERATE
Ver tasty, kind of like chicken liver pate. Great on a crusty roll with onions. However, once refrigerated, this tastes just like that awful cod liver oil Mom made us take as kids. Stick to room temperature!!

Ditch the cod liver oil and try this gem!!
I really hesitated today to open the tin and try this wild-caught Cod Liver. Remembered that some people thought it actually had a pleasant flavor - but others didn't. But with my extremely low Vitamin D levels I knew I had to try it because nothing else was bringing those levels up. WOW! What a wonderful surprise! Hey, Mikey, she likes it!! (like the old commercial about someone trying something for the first time.) It was a little salty and very mild! Almost as good as Nova! And I was left with a relaxed, warm feeling afterward - like my body had finally gotten something it needed so badly! Ditch the cod liver oil and try this gem!! You very well may like it better!!

expensive, gross tasting
I was told to incorporate cod liver into my diet for it's vitamin D and A Daily value. I can eat sardines, salmon, and tuna from a can and it's fine. This leaves a very gross taste and texture. I will only eat this once a week for my health, but I slathered it in spices and couldn't cover up the taste. It tastes like wet pennies.
