So I was going to return this item because when I mixed it with water then it would smudge and such cause I have hooded lids. Now I use it with the inglot duraline and it’s amazing and smudge proof. I’m not sure if it is waterproof because I haven’t tested it out but so far so good.

Bright bold colors! I purchased this pallet along with a black light as a gift for my daughter. She’s extremely happy! The fact that the pallet came with a set of brushes is great. The pigments are high and the lighter colors are more vibrant and glow much better under the light. Good product!

The colors are great. Apply easily with water, but my blue arrived broken.

This was a surprise for grandkids at in home halloween party. Due to COVID we decided to do something different this year. A blacklight party at home. This neon glow makeup was a huge hit and was very easy to apply and later it came off easily.

I have used lots of different glow paints for the skin. This one was water based and I wasn't sure how it would be. Turns out, it was the best one yet. Glowed super bright, came off easy. Love it

I like this paint. Will be purchasing more in the future. Only downside (But not enough to lower a star) is that there isn't enough. I wish they were a little bigger
