Apple 2019 MacBook Pro with 2.3GHz Intel Core i9, 16-inch, 16GB RAM, 1TB Storage, Space Gray (Renewed)

Ordered this device yesterday afternoon around 3:30ish on the 16th of June '25 and at 9:10 am this grand rising, 06/17/25, my delivery had arrived. Excited but carefully I opened the package and the quality of what looks to be a brand new laptop in pristine condition was now in MY hands. No scratches what so ever. Charging it now. I will return with more functionality input and battery life depths. For the moment, things look to beA Okay.From Monday, June 16th, '25 to today, Wednesday June 18th, '25Well I'm here to tell ya, my Apple MacBook Pro intel core i9, 16-inch, 16GB ram 1TB Storage has been updated and upgraded to Sequoia 15.5. 🤩 All accessories, mouse, trackpad, and magic keyboard has been connected. My battery cycle, (battery life) indicates that my labtop have used 314 cycles, thats charging until the battery is at 100%, out of 1000 cycle times that can be preformed. U must get to know how much cycle time is warranted for ur labtops battery life. I have told a couple of folks about this seller. Great job. 👍

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I don’t usually do reviews but I wanted to do one for this product because I’m usually skeptical with refurbished products but this laptop is amazing. I do music, edit videos, and play sims and it’s still very good. I just have to keep it on the charger because it dies super fast and it does get hot but that’s about it. I had only a tiny scratch on the bottom nothing noticeable and they did give me a faulty charger but I just ended up getting a new one. I will be getting another one to move my sims on as my creative projects grow and I download more mods lol.

A friend warned me not to buy this because of her bad experience which was that they sell a defective item to you and when you return it they refund you and after a month or more they charge your account for the same item claiming you did something wrong to it. I ignored her advice and bought because my Mcbook had suddenly given up and I needed something affordable to continue the project I was doing. I bought this on December 13 2024 and immediately after setup the Mcbook began to rebook continuously on its own such that you can’t do anything on it, even to wipe your data is a problem because it won’t let you. I returned the Mcbook same December 2024 and received my refund on 02 January 2025. But to my surprise, on 02 March 2025 I received an email stating that I have a refund even when I wasn’t expecting a refund. So I checked my bank account only to realize that my account has been charged $599.99 and I called Amazon and they said it was for the Mcbook. Now they are telling me only their specialist can handle that and that I have to send an email and wait 3 days. Please, if you can save yourself this kind of trouble buy a brand new MacBook.

Received this laptop today…. It came on as soon as I opened it up. It’s pristine, looks brand new and came with a new charger and cord. It has the option to upgrade to Sequoia. For this price, with 1TB internal storage….. I believe I’m going to be very happy! I bought this laptop to use in recording/editing my music. Once charged, I will load my PreSonus software and see what happens 👍

Machine is in promised condition from what I can tell, but came with a less powerful (though still compatible) charger than it calls for. Technically this doesn't violate the terms, but it's kind of a cop-out. I recommend ordering an additional charger in line with what the Apple model info specifies. Amazon has good ones at around the 20 dollar point.Intel CPU is beefy, but does not match M series chips for performance. It is more compatible for multi-booting OSs and developing for non Mac operating systems, and the graphics chip is technically MORE powerful than any top of the line new M series machine, though its use cases are limited for most users.If you want a solid machine to get into Mac usage without breaking 500 dollars and with some Swiss-Army knife capacity due to technically archaic hardware, this is a great option. It has the hardware to keep close in terms of performance to newer and more expensive machines. The '19 16 inch also has higher build quality to somewhat bely its age. I've heard complaints about fan noise, but this is not a machine designed for anonymity.

The screen quality of this computer and physical quality is great. The computer had been working great for about a month or two, but now all of a sudden is giving me a substantial amount of problems. All of a sudden the computer started shutting down windows that I was working in including google chrome, safari, my finder windows and other applications. It also started to randomly shut down the whole computer on me. It would make a noise from the fan inside the computer and then just shut down. It also has been throwing several different errors.I am hoping to speak with someone in order to make this situation right, and I will update this review as soon as I do, but I am having a very hard time reaching anyone from BuySPRY to fix this situation and am extremely frustrated with the fact that this product was marketed as 'like new' and refurbished to an original operating state and am having these sort of issues.I hope that this company will make this right, I would be extremely grateful and also would commend and recommend this company to anyone who wants to buy from them. But if this problem remains as is, then I would recommend not buying from them.I tried calling and their phone lines are 'unavailable' and I have been trying their live chat option at BuySPRY.com and I cannot reach anyone. I left a message and am hoping to hear back and am going to send an email as well. I'll keep you all posted... :/
