The flavor is amazing. I’m from Puertorican and I use it for my soups I like the spice flavor that it gives . I’m almost out of it I already send for my second bag.

Good flavor. I like it, hot, but not overly spicy. Good value. A zip closure bag would be nice.

Never made menudo before. I made the sauce, and cleaned then cut the meat the first day. Then cooked the next day. My friends loved the menudo very good flavor. The seasoning had a very good balance and very good quality

This isn’t quite as good a a regional brand that I have used for years but is pretty close and produced excellent results

This blend had too much oregano for my tastes and it was pretty spicy. I added 3 tablespoons to the remaining menudo mix I usually use and I’m glad I only used that much or the menudo would have been inedible. I ended up skimming a lot of the herbs out and that seemed to help.
