Sturdy and quiet fan moves a lot of air
A great fan to help cool my high-ceiling garage with a mezzanine that gets hotter than hades in the summer. Solid, heavy construction and really easy to install.I’ve got double-hung windows on both ends of the garage near the peak and I cut a piece of plywood with a 14” square hole to replace the lower sash and mounted the fan on the plywood.I opened the window on the other side about 1/4 of the way to allow cross ventilation.I installed an inexpensive thermostat on the mezzanine side at the same height as the fan so I could adjust the temperature without climbing a ladder.The 14” fan is quiet and moves a lot of air.

Customer Service Quality Fan
Product is pretty nice quite running exhaust fan. Unfortunately did not fit the opening I had so had to replace with 20 inch fan. Seller is willing to refund full payment. Impress with quality so going for the same brand in different size.

Installation diagram measurements are incorrect. Seller refunded payment in full
This review is about my problems with the product, not the seller... Ken Brown, Inc. has been most gracious in refunding my payment in full. Their communication is great too.The measurements on the product display are NOT exact or correct. The cage covering the fan is wider than the diagram shows so if they have it at 12.2 in. then you need to plan on 13.5 in. for the cage. The fan cage is LARGER than the shutter box framing. I installed the fan in a 6 in. deep wall so the cage ended up inside the wall with the shutter box framing on the outside of the wall.
