D'Addario Prelude Bass String Set, 1/4 Scale, Medium Tension

I bought these to put on my 3/4 size electric upright bass. I'm not super proficient with that bass, and it's a lower-end type, so these student level strings are fine and sound pretty good.

We bought a quarter bass, and have been very pleased with it's sound. However, due to some rough handling by my daughter, the e string broke. This one was a straight drop-in replacement, and actually sounds better than the original. If another of the original strings breaks, I'm buying a set of these - they're a great deal!

my son broke a string on the bass at his school. i needed to replace it. this worked perfectly and met all the requirements. wish it was cheaper, but hey, it is what is.

The box I received was open and the E string was gone. Only three strings arrived in the box. As a long-time customer, I’m very disappointed.

Just needed to replace one string, nice I didn’t have to buy the whole set

This strings are very useful, last long, and have a very good price, so what more could you ask? I quite good for students

La confezione in foto non è quella inviata pur avendo lo stesso numero di serie J610. Non mi sono accorto subito e dopo aver montato il set dal liutaio, tornato a casa ho visto che la corda del sol era fallata con pericolo di rompersi. Infine, pagata la muta 80€+ spese di spedizione, dopo circa 20 gg ho visto la stessa muta di corde su ebay a meno di 50€ spedita.. Che dire..mai più corde per contrabbasso su Amazon!!👎🏿

Error en la definición del producto, es una cuerda sola, no un juego, de ahí el precio. No comprar si buscas set de cuerdas.

I've used these strings before and like their decent sound for a relatively low price on my student level double bass. Would recommend these to anyone looking for good sounding strings.

Le prelude 1/4 sono delle ottime corde per intonazione e brillantezza del suono avendo un diapason più corte dei normali contrabasso e più facile l'intonazione che rimane nel tempo e chiaramente più brillante di un normale 3/4 Ottima corda
