It's been a nice bag, however
It's been a nice bag, however, the metal clasps that hold the strap broke right in half as I was walking into my home. Trying to find someone to contact to get a new strap?? It's useless to me now, as I can't carry a carseat in one hand and a diaper bag in the other and open doors, etc. I need a shoulder strap! Before this incident, I thought it was pretty good quality.
