Dog LOVES these rubber chickens!

My dog can’t get enough of this toy. I think it’s the shrill squeak it makes, but she gets so excited when she sees this thing!

Glad I found this rubber chicken since my dog long ago chewed up his last one - through constant play, not because it is fragile. The noise is pretty loud but I still find it less obnoxious than the "squeak, squeak, squeak, squeak, squeak" from all his other toys. If you want a sturdy, granted a little noisy, alternative to the same old dog toys, this is it.

I bought this rubber chicken because it was highly recommended by my frenchie friends. My 7month old French Bulldog LOVES this toy. It had the loudest squeaker of ANY squeaky toy! I guess he must have punctured the squeak mechanism because it quit squeaking. It is surprisingly durable and he hasn’t punctured a hole in it. I think the squeaker may be between the legs where the hole is because I can feel something hard there. It does squeak, but it is very faint. He doesn’t get as excited as he did before. He seems to like the chicken feet more than anything and chews on them all the time. I guess I will have to order another. Perhaps they will improve the squeaker.

My Pitbull puppy loved this from the moment I pulled it out of the box. While the rubbed is durable and she still plays with it, she broke the squeaker in a couple of days.

This chicken squeaks and is not the annoying honk that other chickens do. It is durable but my Doberman is not a big chewer he carries it around then squeaks it with his paws. He's had his for going on 5 months and it's still going strong. Indoor and outdoor.

This chicken couldn't have been made out of real rubber, The dogs played with it about 3 times and I was outside throwing it for one of them that loves to fetchand she brought it back and started pulling on it while I was holding it and the head just POPPED right off!!! I wouldn't advise anyone to buy it for dogs to play with!!

My dog LOVES this toy. She's a 10 pound, 10 month old pup, and although she loves to chew on the extreme chewer nylabones (and tear off the plastic), she has not even come close to tearing this toy apart. She loves to run around with the chicken in her mouth. She's able to easily squeak it. I wouldn't suggest getting this for a bigger dog.
