Effective
These little magnets are remarkably strong. I used them on my ankle after 2 years of pain; the pain was gone overnight! They are easy to tape on, with band- aids included, although you will have to change them with every use. Keep them forever... they never wear out! Good for strains, sprains, other pain in muscles.
