Colorful circus banner is die cut and created in alternating layers of red, yellow and turquoise or red, yellow and blue. Letters are popped out to give a 3D effect. The banner is attached together with coordinating ribbon. Each section measures approximately 5.5 x 5.5 inches and length depends on wording.
