My iPhone 15 pro max is in a shatter proof, along with a screen protector, this charger will not charge up the iPhone 15, unless I take it out of the case. I took my iPhone 12 out of the protective case and it is charging like a charm, but to constantly have to remove the case to charge will cause the case to go bad, now if there was a protective case the charger would charge through, that would be a whole different story. The watch, just lay it the watch charging point, and it works better than the charger that was provided with the watch, I love it, and will recemented the purchase! - update, my iPhone 12 with the protective case on it, the charger wouldn't charge it. I placed my iPhone 15 pro max on the charer, with the protective case on it, and the charger IS CHARGING my phone Awesome

I write very few reviews but this is a really good product. It's well made and it works! On top of that when I had a problem with one of the two that I own their customer support was terrific and resolved my issue without any problem. I would buy again from them without a question. Highly recommend.

The phone charger worked just fine but had problems with watch charging didn't appear to have mag lock for watch, Seller refunded my money without question is why I'm giving 5-star review!

I decided to try this one after seeing the large amount of positive reviews. I am very pleased with this product. It is not as fast as direct charging with a cord, but it is the fastest among other third party products that I’ve tried, and it is very convenient and takes up less space. After a couple of weeks, I did notice that having a case on my iphone causes the charging to be slower, but that’s not an issue if you’re not in a hurry.

Great habit to have putting the phone down at night. Looks sleek on my table and the cord hides easily. Great product for the value and keeps my battery at 100% every morning when I wake up what more do you really need. Lights arnt bright and annoying like most wireless chargers so it’s perfect for the bedside table

4-22-24 UPDATE.I wrote my review initially to let everyone know that this charger HEATS UP YOUR ELECTRONICS SIGNIFICANTLY. Last week I HAD ONLY ONE ITEM CHARGING, MY EAR BUDS; however, when I put them in my ears they were very hot…NOT WARM BUT HOT! And I was only charging ONE ITEM! 😐 NOT GOOD! just read another review on how a new phone’s battery life was affected. I do not have a ‘New Phone,’ like she sasy she has, BUT I too have noticed that my battery charge is not holding out as it used to. Could the the cause be the charger overheating my electronic? I could NOT prove it BUT my phones Battery/Charge used to last me almost ALL DAY PREVIOUS TO CHARGING MY PHONE ON THIS CHARGER. Initially I thought, ‘hmmm, phone must be getting old, now I am wondering if this charger had something to do with it. The other lady’s review was quite compelling. And it makes sense, because as I said in my initial review the electronics heating ip has to have some DETRIMENTAL EFFECT on one’s Electronics. I will try to return, but probably past the return date. The footprint is nice, but NOT WORTH damaging one’s costly electronics over. Hello Everybody, Nana Ana here. I always want to LOVE the things I buy online, but too many times I am disappointed. This 3 device charger was BOUGHT TO REPLACE ANOTHER I HAD BOUGHT ON AMAZON; that charger couldn’t even charge my phone without taking the phone case off. Y’all understand that I am a 62 yrs old lady, & that I don’t have the strength in my hands that I used to so that was just too much of a hassle for me especially, because my case is NOT that easy to take off. Plus, the phone could not/would not charge sideways. Long story short, I bought this model charger to replace the other one. First & foremost, it cost more, Although, this new model does charge my phone vertically & horizontally. My biggest concern with this model charger I am reviewing is that when ALL 3 Items (iPhone, iWatch & iPods) are put on the charger together, all at once, to charge together simultaneously, ALL my i-electronics heated up. I am serious! One can feel the heat, & it is not just mildly warm, it is hot to the touch! When I mentioned this to my son-in-law, he told me that his one (from a different manufacturer than this model charger) did it as well. Now, in my thinking if you’re electronics are heating up to that extent when one is trying to charge all the electronics together THAT CANNOT BE GOOD for the ALMOST PROHIBITIVELY EXPENSIVE, I-ELECTRONICS!!! Common Sense Right? It might even pose a potential fire hazard? But, am I thinking if it’s being sold on Amazon has testing and found to be safe on fire . I DID NOT return the charger because I decided I like the small footprint, and now I make sure to just charge my things individually. But I wouldn't buy this for any of my grandkids, I could not trust that they could use this item responsibly. As for myself, I have found that remembering to charge things separately has not been very difficult; again, a child, tween or teenager might not remember this as well. As long as you charge things individually, your electronics don’t get hot, & the charger performs well. At times, it is inconvenient When I’m in a hurry, I would like to charge a few times, but I have been able to manage. Where this charger shines is with it’s small footprint. Furthermore, it charges ones i-phone both vertically & horizontally without any need to take one’s phone case off. Also, this charger has only one wire…. Great charger faster charging mode and very convenient

I’ve ordered 2 of these, but the same problem persists w/ the phone charger not working. Charging for watches and AirPods are great, but phone stops working. Not getting another.

UpdatingThe unit still works ok,But it will No Longer charge through the case.If that’s not a concern for you, this I still recommend this itemI will be returning.Finally a Charging unit that charges with my case on, mine is a bit thinker than othersIve tried 2 other brands and the charging didn't workPictures show I Phone 13 with case on showing the 2 different battery levels,The I watch which is a 7 sits well on the unit.I don’t have buds so wont be using that area.One little negative this unit doesn’t fold down for easy travel,So I will take my cords which are easier to pack anyways.

Highly sceptical of these as they can be a hit and miss such as slow charging or at all but very happy so far. This charges reasonably well.

edit part 2- they contacted me and sent me a new one. it’s been running amazing and zero issues since november when i seen an email (husband sent to me) now it’s been running since then and no issues. really appreciate them for reaching out and sending me a new one. great customer service. my dock charges my phone and iwatch simultaneously without any issues.i really loved it at the beginning - i bought this because i needed to charge my iwatch other then downstairs where the charger is plugged into the computer. i figured get this as it charges more then just 1 device. of course it stopped working after the return expirary. couldn’t find a way to contact seller as i can’t go to the return as the window is closed. my iphone still charges but not my iwatch. going away on vacation so i guess i’ll have to just get a different charger cord

I bought this after purchasing a previous charger that needed the exact position for it to work. This one works straight away when placed on the shelf. It doesn’t need any fiddling it connects quickly. Really happy.
