Excellent for hands!
So, Blue Cross cuticle remover is the best cuticle remover (with lanolin), that's just a fact. But it's easiest to buy by the bucketload and while that's great for feet, it's not as convenient for hands.Enter butter london. This cuticle remover is extremely easy to use. You open the bottle just like nail polish, swipe the brush on the sides of your nails and on your cuticles just like you wouldn't do with nail polish, then you wait a couple minutes, push your cuticles (this stuff makes your cuticles so soft, you can do it with your thumbnails) and away they go! Wash your hands and you're done. Hands are clean and prepped. I haven't had results this thorough and nice at fancy nail salons. This stuff is excellent. It is priced like it's excellent, though, so frankly I only recommend it on sale. I'm definitely buying more when I run out of this bottle, though, and I'm very interested to see how long the bottle lasts me.I do not recommend it for feet for the same reason, it's simply too expensive. Plus, feet usually have significantly more dead skin to remove than hands do and a greater volume of cuticle remover/callus remover/any kind of dead skin removing product is required. So, hands yes. Hands wonderful! Feet no. Use something else for feet. Cheers!

Not effective for thick cuticles
No instructions were included so I went back to this product page and found instructions in the product info: apply, wait 2 minutes, then use a cuticle tool to push them back. (I don’t use cutters.) The remover was dry after 2 minutes. I had to apply more to push the cuticles back, which I began to do right away after the second application. The product worked fine on the parts of my cuticles that are thin, but did nothing to the parts that are thick. I’m not impressed. My cuticles did not melt away.

Clean and professional looking nail beds
This gel dissolves dead cuticles (but not really the dead skin on the sides of your fingers). You just brush it on and leave for two minutes. Best to use an orange wood stick or a glass cuticle pusher. I used a metal cuticle pusher and it scrapes off some top layer of nail so I won't do that again. Your nail beds look terrific and clean, but if you are dry, this is very drying, so you have to lather up with hand cream afterwards. Even still, your cuticle and adjascent skin will feel very dry for a few days. I like how it looks without having to pay for a manicure.

London Butter cuticle exfoliator
This product was a complete waste of time and money. I applied it to clean dry nails and it had no effect at all. Tried again the next day after showering, left it on for an hour. My cuticles are softer but they are definitely not “exfoliated “…..and probably softer from the warm shower. I would definitely give this product zero stars.
