3 Piece Sheer Window Curtain Set: Botanical Design, 2 Tiers, 1 Valance (Gray and White)

These are labeled as being semi sheer, and the photo in the description shows the curtains hanging on a brightly backlit window with nothing really showing through, but this is misleading. They are actually *incredibly* sheer. I'm attaching photos of the curtains on my own bright morning windows; you can see my shed and the neighbor's house clearly through them. They're lovely, but I'm disappointed they're so see-through.

These are super-de-duper sheer! You can see the outside scenery easily thru these. At first I planned to send them back, but decided that I liked the light that came thru. I am using just the bottom part of this set for a bathroom window, so hoping that they do their job at night so no one sees in! Be aware that they are not as pictured in terms of how opaque they are. I think they made them appear more 'solid' so that they could show the pattern on the material. The material is very much like gauze, as others have mentioned, and the pattern is not quite as noticeable when they are hung. I did run these thru the dryer on a steam cycle to get the creases out before hanging, and the material survived despite the fragile gauzy appearance.

I had some unusual size narrow windows. I ordered two packs of these curtains, and I cut the valances in half. Worked beautifully!

I was dissapointed at how truly sheer the curtains were. The material reminds me of a gauze like material. They are so sheer that they provide absolutely no privacy and the you cannot see the pattern once the sunlight comes through. I absolutely love the pattern but had to return them. Based on the material, I was afraid they would not withstand one wash. The customer service was great....although I had to pay for return shipping.

Very pretty and shear enough to let the light in beautifully while creating a little privacy. The downside is that it smells so bad. Like a decades long forgotten nightgown found in musty box in an attic of an old lady who favored strong perfumes. It's been 3 days and it's still potent. You can't get your face too close to it but I'm hoping that leaving the window open will help it air out. It's pretty though for sure.

These are advertised as Semi-Sheer and they are definitely more than that. Once these are up in a window, they are basically completely see through. The pattern basically disappears. To me they felt beyond cheap and gaudy. They reminded me of a thin piece of gauze and sadly they had to go back.

I liked the pattern and colors but it was much more sheer than I thought it would be. Somehow the bold print and sheerness doesn't work for me but I procrastinated returning it.

Very nice curtains but I was really hoping they wouldn't be so sheer. Photo is very misleading. These provide zero privacy but the pattern is very nice.
