So good I had to buy a second one
I have two of these cameras. The first was bought a couple of years ago and worked great. The picture is clear and the sound pickup is better than any other webcam I have. I used it for numerous conferences during COVID. Maybe it was too good. My son ended up stealing it from me to use for his tutoring sessions. After trying to use a few other cameras, I ended up ordering a second one of these. I was slow installing it until I found that a verification service I was using kept rejecting pictures taken of my ID with another camera. Installed this one and the document was accepted on the first try. Word of advice, don't go for the 4K webcams. A 1080p like this one is all you need. The person on the other end is likely running at lower resolution than 4K so you gain nothing but wasted bandwidth using higher resolution cameras.

The app doesn't work anymore so yeah you just going to have to deal with your lighting.
It works lovely but the app stopped working for some reason it doesn't let me do the settings to lighten up my camera so I still like it and it has a good quality mic on it so I definitely recommend.

Great Picture - Okay microphone
Update: A customer service rep reached out at the beginning of the year. They were running an end of year audit on reviews. This shows the company is serious about getting feedback and improving, which I can appreciate. They sent me two models (this one, the N930E, and another, which I won't discuss here). The picture quality is still great and I love the ring light, which really can improve the picture quality. I tested the microphone and this one does NOT have the same problem as the previous two I tried (clicking sound when the lens focuses). I guess they just had a bad batch or addressed the problem. I'm tempted to give 5 stars, because I don't think a microphone is of much importance with a webcam (pretty much every device you use it with will have it's own microphone and you can always buy standalone device, which you probably should anyway). I also appreciate the proactiveness of their customer service. I upgraded it from 3 stars to 4. I'm leaving one off simply because the microphone still leaves something to be desired. I'll let you decide if that's important to you or not. Original Review: When I first hooked up the camera it was in poor lighting. I was immediately impressed with the camera quality. The auto focus does a good job, though in general I tend to not be a fan of that feature on any camera. My wife did a live video that night and the first thing I noticed was how absolutely awful the microphone was. I ran various tests on multiple devices and in multiple locations. All the same results. I got in touch with support and they informed me I needed to do an Amazon return since it was the first 30 days. I did this and I had the replacement 2 days later. After several more tests, the second camera has the same issue, as can be heard in my video. Every time the camera focuses, you can hear a clicking in the audio. There's also a constant "whining" or white noise throughout the audio. It's a shame, because the price point and picture quality is great, but I can say with complete confidence that this is by far the worst microphone I've ever used. Bottom Line: If you have a separate microphone, consider getting this. If you expect to use the camera microphone, look elsewhere. I will be returning the second one I got, because while I have a great external microphone, my wife doesn't, and I don't want to worry about moving a separate microphone back and forth.

I'm a Happy Camper!
I've been using an old HP webcam for years. I don't even know what the specs were on it as far as resolution of frames per second. The picture was OK as long as you didn't move, but with any motion at all, the video was very streaky and choppy. I've been doing more Zoom calls lately so decided I needed something more up to date. I was thinking of going Logitech but saw the different NexiGo webcams online and the mostly favorable reviews so thought I'd give it a shot. Boy, what a difference! To me the picture is awesome, very clear and any motion is quite smooth. Autofocus works perfectly fine for my needs and you can adjust, resolution/fps, brightness and auto or manual focus. It has a lens cover that you just slide over for privacy and dual microphones. The clip works very well either sitting atop my monitor or I have a small tripod that I can use that screws into the camera's bracket. Installation was plug and play so I was up and running in less than a minute. I ordered on Amazon and got free Prime delivery the same day which was pretty awesome. At this price point, I don't see how one could do any better. I'm thinking of ordering another one and sending it to my parents in CA so I can do video calls with them from here in TX. They're not tech oriented at all but with the plug and play ease, I'm pretty sure I can get them set up over the phone.

Solid choice!
Wide webcam, has huge range just keep that in mind. Pretty small and compact, easy to use.

What to expect.
The camera works as it should. I haven’t had any issues with it. This camera has good video quality and it can be screwed to a tripod for different video recording/streaming perspectives.

Excellent webcam for work and personal use
I recently purchased this webcam and have been thoroughly impressed. Installation was a breeze, taking only a few minutes to set up. It integrated seamlessly with Windows, and I didn't encounter any compatibility issues. The video quality is outstanding, providing clear and sharp images. It's a noticeable improvement over my previous webcam. Similarly, the audio quality is excellent, capturing sound crisply without any distortion. There are numerous settings available, allowing you to customize the webcam to your preferences, which I found particularly useful. I've been using it for work, and it has exceeded my expectations. I'm very happy with my purchase and highly recommend it to anyone in need of a reliable and high-quality webcam.

Not Bad for the Price. Perfect for New Streamers on a Budget.
For the price you are getting a 1080p 60fps webcam. Simple plug and play compatibility. Easily recognized by Zoom and OBS. Not a bad webcam for beginner streamers, or for a budget friendly decent video conferencing webcam. I bought this because I needed a 3rd Webcam for my stream setup. Picture quality is very nice in bright well lit areas. I know it says the cam works well in dimly lit areas, but that's only half true. While the picture still looks good, you'll notice a bit of distortion as it strains to pull in more light....so make sure you are in a well lit environment. The auto focus is pretty good too. The only downside is there is no zoom (auto or otherwise), and the only way I can zoom the webcam is via OBS, but I have to drop the resolution to 720P in order for OBS to allow limited manual zooming with it's built in webcam adjustment tool. The mounting clip comes with a hole so you can mount this onto a tripod or mic/camera arm, bit the clip itself is not that great if you are attaching it to your laptop. Yes it stays in place bit it is loose, so the came may shift if you are moving your laptop around or accidentally bump your desk. Like I said. I bought tjis because I needed a cheap 1080p 60fps cam for mt stream setup, and tjis works fine. I use my old Logitech C920 for gaming, so the 30 fps doesn't look too bad because my cam view is a small rectangle on the bottom corner. I have a 2nd cam (1080p 60 fps) angled downwards which I use for my trading card and model building streams so it focuses on my work area and hands, with my Logitech acting as a picture in picture window for those streams I got this webcam so I can set it up as my dedicated "just chatting" stream cam so I can avoid having to reposition my other 60 fps cam every time I switch views or stream different things.
