Love my Choco Maker!
Very happy with my Choco Maker. Wafers melted quickly on the initial melt setting. I left in warm setting and was able to dip all my strawberries without any problems. It's a good size and easy to clean.

Chocolate melter
I bought this too melt chocolate in for candy during the holidays. It works great. The one I had previously a different kind stopped working after a couple years, so hopefully this one last longer.

Quality Product
I had 1 of these melters to melt chocolate wafers for candy making. I make over 1000 pcs each December and even tho it melts the chocolate very well I found that it wasn't enough in 1 pot to keep a steady pace so I bought a 2nd. Now I have 2 going at once and keep one on a "supply" for melting and the other for keeping warm.I love these melters!! I also have the small Wilton one but do not like it as it doesn't melt the chocolate to a nice creamy consistency.I love the stainless steel pots as clean up is easy and the handle is study. It melts the 2# of chocolate pretty fast (maybe 20 min?). Just keep in mind to keep stirring when melting so it doesn't chunk up. Once melted turn it to warm and stir occasionally.

Great, at first!
I make cake pops quite often. It worked great for a year or so. I probably average using it once a month, maybe 2-3 around holidays. I tried making cake balls, and the chocolate burned. It started getting hotter the last few times, so I would try keeping it on low. I would put it on high for 5 minutes at a time. The last time, my white chocolate burned in under 5 minutes.

No waste
I live in Florida and we have the best strawberries. So every year I do tons and tons of chocolate covered strawberries. I usually use a double boiler and waste a lot of chocolate. This year I sucked it up and bought 2 of these pans, one for chocolate and one for vanilla. The pots keep the chocolate the right temp. I waste very little chocolate now. Worth the purchase.
