Maytag 6" Range Cooktop Stove Replacement Surface Burner Heating Element Y04100165

I have a 20 year old Maytag stove and I was starting to have difficulty with the large burner (support was falling apart and burner would sit right). I decided to replace it and one of the smaller burners that sits in the front. Wow, what a surprise. I never thought that burners can "degrade" with time but, evidently, they do. I cannot believe how much quicker these new burners heat up and how much more heat they deliver. I'm about to order two more of the smaller ones to completely "re-outfit" my stove. Who says you can't convert old stuff and make it work like new again!By the way, this is a really good seller to purchase from ...

Works fine.

Heats slowly on high and never 100%.

It fit fine on my old stove and heats up much better and faster than the old one.
