Ordered this based on PRO Opinion.
When Atlanta Gas Light came out and turned on the gas to my house, they stated that the igniter was bad. I ordered this and was able to get the furnace to ignite by jumpering past the high pressure switch, which is what is actually bad. This igniter worked like a charm... And so did my old one...

Don't need it until you need it!
The HVAC guy tried to charge me almost $300 when showing me a video inspection of my gas furnace. It showed signs of wear and will fail at some point. They all fail at some point. I will replace prior to this years winter needs and reorder a replacement for this one. Keeping on "In Stock". Easy to replace yourself.

Exactly what I expected
Part was exactly what I expected. Simple installation. Had the rest of the furnace cleaned and tested as well. It’s worked perfectly ever since I installed it.

Great value & easy to install

Fixed My Issue
My heater was not firing on and this part was defective per the HVAC tech. He quoted me 600 to replace but also said that it was something I could tackle. Ordered this and installed in less than 30 minutes. Came out way ahead even with his 120 house call fee. Quality part.

Clutch
This little guy came in clutch! Glows bright orange or red whatever you want to call the color! Works for my janitorial furnace I think it’s like 10 yrs old maybe older I don’t know. Any ways so far so good.

Not worth the initial cost savings
I bought this because my local supplier wanted about 5 times more for an OEM replacement. When I talked to them they warned me about these cheap aftermarket igniters. The guy said “You better buy a few, because they don’t last long.”. I should have listened to him because this one stopped working 2 weeks after the 30 day amazon return window closed. Fortunately I kept the old one, which hadn’t totally stopped working. I was able to put that one back in while I waited for an OEM replacement. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money on a better quality product.

I removed the old one and install the new one and furnace was working again....
