RIVERWELD SG-55 AG-60 Plasma Cutter Cutting Torch Circinus Roller Guide Wheel Compass

Wasn't sure about this at first but it fit perfectly and performs as described. I have a Primeweld plasma cutter with the AG60 torch and this fit perfectly.

perfect fit for the bestarc cut55P ceramic caps. well made. does the job. comes with a long rod, to use in smaller spaces (cutting holes in I-beam web, for instance), I bought cheap 5/16" rod and welded a 5mm x .8 bolt on the end, and now I have extra rod lengths.

I used this on a PrimeWeld CUT50DP with an AG-60 torch. The parts are of good quality and design but not an exact match for holding onto the ceramic cup and the wheels are too big in diameter so that plasma tip is 1/16 " too high off the cutting surface. I replaced the wheels with 1.25in fender washers which brought it close to the proper stand-off height but they still needed to be ground to a 1.08 in. diameter.. Just be careful when attaching the tool to the torch because it can be crooked if not seated straight. Once it's set up correctly it makes great circular cuts and I couldn't ask for a better tool. My Plasma cutter has a Pilot Arc for starting and it will not start the arc in a drag tip configuration because of the 1/16in gap. Your plasma cutter results may vary.

This circle cutting tool is great quality for the money! It's heavy duty and has quality machining. It fits the SL-60 torch on my plasma cutter well out of the box. I took an old shield cup and sanded a small amount off of it with a belt sander to achieve a perfect fit. I would recommend this tool compared to the much more expensive options.

Everything is made very nice. Good quality. Only problem I have with it is the guide wheels on the head are too large of diameter. The tip of my torch is too far away from the metal for the arc to jump to it. So, I had some made at work today that are perfect. I went with 1 1/4” diameter versus the 1 3/8” that came with it. That’s the only reason I gave it 3 stars. Otherwise it probably would have been 5.

The washer-wheels are too big, but with my BestArc plasma cutter the arc did reach and cut a semi-circle out of an old lawnmower blade. The circle was very smooth, but with a fair bit of slag on the back side. I will find some smaller diameter washers and then this will be perfect.

Had to drill opening out a little to fit my plazma cutter torch. Love how well-built tool is made.

Fit my 20 amp HF plasma cutter head. Needed to use smaller wheels to keep arc alive on the material being cut. Cut down and drilled out some washers to fit, as others have done.

Las ruedas son muy grandes y no deja abrir el arco de plasma sin contacto. La verdad que es una pena tener que devolverlo ya que tiene unos acabados estupendos

Works well for EVERYTHING circle related. Plasma, pencil, marker, saw, etc. Be inventive.
