This supplement is of very high quality, made in USA. The value of this product is very high. The capsules are easy to swallow and potent. Been taking this for a couple of months now. I like that it has helped to improve my sleeping, digestive issues and leg cramps. In fact I need to reorder and will do that as soon as I am finished with this review.

Love this powder. Very light on the palette. The price is very good. I drink half a scoop, with 80z of water x4 every night. It helps my sleep, keep me hydrated. Tastes great and zero sugar. I will be ordering this one regularly. I switched from ionic fizz because of the price difference and very happy I did!.

These work good if you have trouble sleeping

I purchased this powder to help me get my magnesium the easy way because it's already flavored as opposed to using non flavored magnesium glycinate that I hated taking because it tasted so gross. The past few nights I have been taking 1 scoop before bed and I really feel like it has been helping me sleep better, mostly sleep deeper and not wake up as much as usual. It tastes good and is easy to mix into water. Good, clean and minimal ingredients and no sugar! Can't ask for better than that.
