Vermicelli 500g

Somehow I enjoy vermicelli more than spaghetti, all else being equal. But also the little bundles of pasta can be easily crushed in one action each (takes less than a minute to do for the whole package) and that makes it a good substitute for capellini spezzati in dishes like fideo (sopa de fideo).

Perfect for making my chicken noodle soup - I just crumble them with one hand into my pot of soup and makes great noodles easily.

Stuck together when cooked .. liked the traditional vermicelli better.

A bit disappointed with these noodles. I bought them to make homemade instant noodle soup, placed them as a whole in hot water to boil, I didn’t think it would take more than 5 minutes to cook as they are thin, checked back occasionally to stir as they come in spiral but they won't separate easily and stick together in the middle, therefore won't cook evenly. It was time consuming to try to separate them while cooking. No, I can't say it all worked out in the end, I still had strands of noodles stuck each other uncooked! I wanted something quick and simple but I will stick to the ready-made ones. It would be fine if you crash them to add in soups but not suitable to use them as a whole, so I won't be buying it again.

That is like fast noodles. Easy to cook and fast. My advice is not to cook too long
