I have purchased a lot of nuts this fall / winter. It has been particularly cold. I started with peanuts for the squirrels. Then I moved up to mixed nuts. Yes, I am a nut! I felt so bad we had artic temperatures for months here in the South. The pine trees around us became diseased by a beetle. They took them all down after one fell during a storm. The roots became unstable. Then their habitat was lost as was a food source.This is an exceptional quality nut. I give the hazelnuts to my husband. The Brazilian nuts are not adding such weight to your pound. There are none in this mix. I find more pecans than walnuts in this mix. If you want a quality whole fresh nut to consume yourself. This is your nut company. My squirrels come to my door and make noise / scratch tap when they cannot find a nut. It is so comical they each have a different favorite. Some only want a pecan. Other's remember the almonds that I fed their mother's when she was pregnant. I started with plain nuts un shelled from a big box store. That was too expensive and they need the shell for their teeth. I know I will get flack for purchasing this quality nut for animals. There is not one bad nut or ounce of waste. No empty shells adding to your weight. Exceptional company!

These have a lot of brazil nuts. As Others have mentioned, those are not ok for squirrels. These are not as fresh as some other brands. Many nuts especially almonds are partially open. However, they are ok and great Value. The squirrels are loving them and they are ok also for human snacking.

I really enjoy cracking nuts and munching, however you can only find them at stores during the holidays. A couple of months ago I ordered a bag from another company. Bad choice, lots of icky nuts. When I received Anna and Sarah's , I couldn't believe I ordered such a large bag. It is just me but who cares because I have them on my counter and have already eaten 1/4 of the bag. SOOO GOOD. The bag is resealable to keep in freshness. Seriously, I think I have found ONE dud so far. This company will be my refill going forward.

I bought these nuts even though there were a few bad reviews and I’m sorry I did. They were horrible! The nuts were old with no taste and a lot of them were dried up when cracked open. I can’t believe the BB date is November 2025! Unfortunately, I opened them too late to try to return them, so I reached out to the company myself to see if anything could be done. The only thing worse than their nuts, is their customer service. I sent a couple of emails to them with no response, so I figured I would post a review in hopes of saving somebody else $18. Do yourself a favor and get some fresh ones somewhere else.

Bought these to give out in little baggies for Christmas. Was a little concerned when reading the other reviews, but I was actually impressed. The batch that I got was great!

Good, fresh nuts. Good flavor. We bought these for Christmas and they are still lasting us!

Finding shell-on mixed nuts in stores is difficult, so I decided to order from this vendor. I’m disappointed in the quality, freshness, and taste. The nuts taste old and some don’t have any meat once shelled.
