I wanted a heavy bag for home to continue drills learned from training, this bag is in a decent price range for that purpose. The material is strong the 4 ft bag can hold up to 50 pounds and then some. Like any punching bag/heavy bag making a cardboard support that's in shape of the bags bottom then later the top once the bag is filled. Layer the bottom of the bag flattening the clothes to about half a foot and add in bags of sand, saw dust, whichever then continue layering/flatterning clothes fitting along the bags about a foot add the bags until the top is reached and use the cardboard cut out then zip the bag. It can take rounds of punches and kicks.

It was a great product with all the gear that came along with the bag. Awesome price for my son's first start up hobby/excersize activity. I don't know if this is recommended, but we just filled the punching bag with fresh mulch from the garden center for $2 a bag. (3 bags). He did claim that the gloves were a bit snug on him. So maybe I should have checked sizes before I ordered, but still no complaints for a product that keeps him active and probably a healthier way to release some teenage stress.

I would give this a five-star great product. Just see if you can find some circle holsters for hanging your chain on your punching bag instead of these triangular shaped holsters because it will tear up the fabric of that holds your punching bag up on the ceiling or your punching bag stand. It's a great product. Well thought of to fill it up with clothes, dirty clothes, whatever raggedy stuff. But it is a great punching bag unfilled punching bag. Don't hesitate to buy it. Just know to be careful if you hang it up to make sure that the triangular shaped hook that you hook chain on does not ruin the fabric as you're punching it, or as you're punching it. Make sure that it's not rattling or folding in because these triangular hooks were your chain hooks up to to hold the punching bag up. It's not well secured all the way it's like. Literally not like those expensive punching bags that have the circle big huge circle hooks that you hook your chain up to to where it is welded shut. It is not welded shut but the well thought of thing to do is weld it shut yourself. I might do that but I don't have a welder but I might know how to with other products and devices. I have like burners but don't hesitate to buy this good price as well and it is bundled with really good gloves that are practice gloves that I like so much

Unfortunately this bag is not very good quality. It becomes apparent the moment you take it out of its packaging. What's more, without me using it hardly at all and just letting it hang outdoors, the thread started to rip at the top where it was being hung at.

Got back into martial arts after 21 years this bag is made exceptionally well great buy highly recommend

I feel the bag itself is pretty durable, we stuffed with an old comforter, some clothes and had initially put a full bag of leveling sand from Home Depot in it, but after weighing in at 55lbs, I thought it was gonna be way too heavy for this situation so we took the sand bag out. It’s not too light but not real heavy. The ceiling hook, just throw it away. We used a heavy duty garage ceiling hook that you just screw into a ceiling stud ( drill smaller pilot hole first) it’s nice and solid in the beam. My son is t using the supplied gloves or wraps but I think he should. He’s getting good use out of it. It’s in his bedroom.
