The package was so thin that I thought there was only 1 package but after opening the bag I realized that I did receive 3 bags. My humble apology, I was wrong. Already I have used the first 10 bag pouch and am on my second pouch and will reorder soon. I place my fish (cod or tilapia) in the bag with some fresh vegetables and bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes. Delicious and easy. The bags appear delicate but have not had a problem and no mess or fishy cooking odor. It's a meal in a bag, Delicious!

Product is a little thinnerand smaller than I expected but worked very well. Fish is very moist and vegetables very tasty.

These bags are AMAZING!! I just can’t bake fish, especially salmon, without drying it out. I saw these and thought I’d try them. Now, even when I over-bake my salmon, it still comes out moist! Getting ready to purchase more now!!

Absolutely makes best chicken breasts and salmon fillets

This is the best way to cook fish, keeps it moist and does not smell up the house. I received these bags sooner than I had been promised and have used them several times already. Look for friends that enjoyed the dinner to be ordering as well.

If you successfully fill and close them they work, but they are VERY thin and fragile. If you load them even a little bit too full they just split along the edges when you try to seal them. Even trying to be careful, I estimate I lost 2 for every one I got to use. I now opt to spend more and get one of the the similar but heavier duty cooking bags that are readily available on Amazon.

I tried to use these bags to cook salmon yesterday and it took 3 attempts to get the fish piece in the bag because the bags kept ripping. When I finally got a piece to stay in a bag and put it in the oven, upon removing the fish from the oven I noticed that not only had the bag fallen apart, but the marinade spilled out all over my baking dish. I was very disappointed with this product. If I hadnt used up 3 out of the 10 bags provided (because the bags all ripped), i would have returned them. However, my assumption would be that I cannot. I would not recommend purchasing this product.

I live in a flat and don't want the smell of fish to linger for hours and hours. These bags are great. A bit fiddly until you get the hang of them but they stay totally closed during cooking and mean that the fish is not dried out by the time you remember to get it out of the over. Brilliant product.

I was tempted to try these as I've had very good results with larger roasting bags for chicken and meat. These are self-sealing, but are quite small - the illustration of a slice of salmon on the packet gives a pretty good indication of the size of fish you can get in one, and on both occasions I've tried them the fish has ended up overcooked, so you might need to reduce the cooking time. OK for one, but not for a dinner party!

Very easy to use, absolutely no smell just a good product

I'm a great fan of the Roastabags for chicken, lamb, pork etc : lovely juicy food and absolutely no mess. But I really don't see the point of the Cookafish bags. For a start they are a bit on the small side, and secondly, I get just as good a result wrapping my fish in aluminium foil and popping it in the oven. The bags certainly do what they are supposed to (pity they are not a bit bigger though) but are they really needed?

These bags are great for baking fish in the oven whilst retaining the moisture and flavour. I can add herbs, butters, lemon juice etc to suit individuals taste too which infuse into the flavour of the fish whilst cooking.Additional benefit is it reduces the washing up :-)When I ordered these bags, the postage was reduced when ordering more.Would definately recommend and use again.
