I'm a mirrorless camera videographer (Nikon Z7II). I generally use 24-120/35-150 or 100-400 on a tripod when photographing kids' sports (soccer, football, etc.) Moving around the sidelines, the ground is often uneven. Instead of trying to level the tripod by extending legs, I was looking for a leveling base so I don't miss the moment. This fits the bill perfectly. Highly recommended!

I need a level tripod for Milky Way panoramas. This unit does the job and there's no problem supporting my full frame camera and largish wide angle zoom lens. Price was the lowest of any of the numerous places to obtain this unit under any of multiple brand names.

I have two tracking mounts for Astrophotography, a Skywatcher GTI and a Skymemmo. These mounts must be level to track properly. The two Loolehaoda levelers work great at performing that function. The loads on the mounts are around 10Lbs max and no problem with leveling.

This leveling base works quite well and holds the head in position without fail. Why did I wait so long to pick one of these up. It really improves my work flow. Highly recommended.

The bowl still moves and slides no matter how much you tighten it. Not recommended as it constantly and easily slips out of being level. That is, if you can even get it to lock in the first place.

We don't travel with gear and this is just used in studio very minimally. It broke while adjusting the level.

I've had this for a few weeks. The bowl moves around no matter how much I tighten it and won't stay level. I missed the return date by 6 days and now I am out of pocket for this product 😪

I swapped out my ball-head on my tripod for a fluid-head tripod because the fluid head is so much easier to adjust for pan and tilt. But, when shooting for a panorama stitch, having a level horizon is critical for combining images as you pan from side to side. Without a leveling head like this I would need to fiddle quite a bit with the tripod legs to achieve a nice, level horizon.This Tripod leveling base is super easy to use and works like a charm. Now, I don't have to be quite so concerned about leveling the tripod by fiddling with the legs of the tripod. The spirit levels seem to be pretty accurate. I can place the tripod on sand or softer surfaces and, if the the tripod moves a little bit, it is much easier to level the tripod head again and get the panorama that I am shooting for. Speed and simplicity in an easy to use package. I give this a big thumbs up.

vom konzept her sind alle nivellierplatten gleich. zwei halbschalen, die gegeneinander verschiebbar sind. was nicht gleich ist, das ist der preis. manche hersteller scheinen die dinger aus gold zu bauen und dann ihren markennamen draufzukleben. sicher, kann man machen.die aussicht vor augen, aufgrund der kritiken das ding wieder zurückzuschicken hab ich mal munter drauf losbestellt.der eine oder andere findet den verstellwinkel von +-15 grad für zuklein zu halten. mag sein, ich kenn das einsatzgebiet nicht. ich gehe auf wasservögel und da ist der untergrund nich so gefällig, dass ich den einstellwinkel überhaupt ausnutze.gefertigt dürfte das ding wohl aus aluguss sein, sauber verarbeitet, keine grate, schwarz oberflächenbeschichtet. dürfte wohl lackiert sein. die knebelschraube lässt sich problemlos so zuziehen, dass der voreingestellte winkel bleibt, kein nachnicken. sollte der knebel irgendie im weg sein, so wie bei mir, reicht es, ihn herauszuziehen und leer weiterzudrehen, bis er nicht mehr im weg ist.mit dem unteren gewinde kann man die platte auf jedes (brauchbare) stativ aufdrehen, da bleibt kein spalt, die platte sitzt komplett auf.auf der oberen platte findet sich ein 1/4"-gewinde, dass sich mit beiliegender adapterhülse auf 3/8" vergrössern lässt.mancher mag seine kamera direkt aufsetzten, geht ist aber doof! zumindest eine arca-platte sollte dazwischen sein. die wiederrum lässt sich durch 3 madenschrauben einnivellieren. die eingebaute libelle tut absolut ihren sinn.die nivellierplatte ist komplett aus metall gefertigt, es sollte also schwer sein, da etwas abzubrechen. die stabilität ist eher durch das verwendete stativ eingeschränkt als durch die platte selber.bei mir ist eine sony a 68 mit 400 tamron in einem alugimbal. im ensatz, wackeln tut da nur was, wenn man gegen das stativ tritt.Kaufempfehlung? auf alle fälle. Preiswert? absolut, es ist mehr als seinen preis wert.

La placa niveladora cumple bastante bien, además, es la misma que la de otras marcas hasta dos o tres veces más caras (?), debe ser mismo fabricante. Se ve robusta y queda bastante estable, no hay necesidad de hacer malabares con las patas del trípode. Por poner un pero el nivel integrado justito, pero yo utilizo el nivel de la cámara y perfecto!

Añade un poco más de peso al trípode pero su uso vale la pena. Es fácil de ajustar y es cómodo tener el trípode bien ajustado al horizonte. Una buena compra a un precio bueno. Para panorámicas es fantástico. Un tipo de accesorio muy recomendado por los especialistas en paisajes. Estoy satisfecho con este nivelador.
