Super tacky, lightweight, easy to install, highly recommended.
I have come to find that when it comes to tubeless, it is hard to find better than stans. This tape is easy to use, goes on great, is extremely tacky and even lightweight.I was intimidated at first about doing this myself since I have never done it before, Although I found it to be a very manageable project that anybody can do.How to use the tape:1. Clean the rim with a rag wetted with rubbing alcohol.2. Dry the rim and make sure there isn't anything left on the rim.3. Start putting the tape on the rim on the opposite side as the valve. (pull the tape hard and let it come down on the rim)4. after you have gone around one time overlap by about 4" then cut the rim tape with a knife.5. Take your rag and with resistance pressed on the tape run your finger over the tape with the rag in between to remove any air bubbles.6. Cut out a cross where the valve goes and screw down hand tight.Simple! I was really pleased with the ease of doing this and it held up just like it was supposed to even though I had never taped a rim before. You can't go wrong with stans, but do make sure to measure your rim before you buy tape because the right size tape will make this easy.

Works.
Nothing works as well as the original, or at least I think it's the original... but I digress. Finally got around to rebuilding my 29" SunRingle wheels and discovered that the stock SunRingle tubless rim tape cost 3 times as much for half the length of this roll of Stans. Having done many previous wheels with Stans, I just went back to old reliable. Easy installation, good adhesion, and excellent air retention. Haven't had any problems. I seen lots of people recommend 1" Gorilla Tape. Unless I'm missing something it's not a cycling specific product and appears to weigh more per inch and leaves residue when removed (based on comparisons in biking forums). I don't want to add more rotational mass to my wheel than I need to.

Wrap it tight
Could be a bit more sticky but works ok on a well cleaned rim

Good but not great
I’ve done about 6 tubeless swaps using gorilla tape with little to no issues getting to seal and hold air. Decided to use dedicated tape to see if it worked better. Perhaps with another 6 swaps using this tape I could get the hang but the tape is unforgiving very hard to work out air bubbles, doesn’t conform and adhere like gorilla tape and the adhesive isn’t as tacky and I worry that sealant will creep into any area that isn’t perfectly adhered to the rim. Certainly lighter, much easier for the bead of the tire to roll over for replacing tires, but in the long run I’m leaning towards gorilla tape. Hope this helps.

Stan's stuff is always good
Did what its supposed to do. Sealed rims in one pass with one tube of sealant.

Great product, but not for wide road rims
I'm positive this size would work well for mountain bike rims. Sharing this experience so others might not have to get the wrong size for wide road rims.Prior to purchase, called Stan's to ask which size would work for the 23.5mm wide road wheels I have. Was told "probably the 25mm" so the tape can go all the way up to the rim flanges. However, the 25mm tape is too wide to work well for in this instance. It doesn't go into the rim well, and then the tape had to be trimmed or a good seal would not be possible. Ended up removing it and using the 21mm, which works perfectly.Again, this is no negative review, as the 21mm tape works great.

Perfect fit and easy to work with
Worked just as intended to tape up my not tubeless ready specialized wheels. Been running tubeless for about 20 miles with no issues. Even swapped tires and didn’t have to retape
