Good for people or big dogs to wear
The best thing about this dog collar light is the fact it uses triple A batteries and they are easy to replace. It is, however, kind of large and too heavy to use on a small dog collar and even kind of big to attach to the harness back. Instead, I am the one who wears this when I walk the dog at night. I gives enough light to see where your dog has done his business in the dark. Turning it on and off involves twisting the top which isn't my favorite way to do this sort of thing. I'm always afraid I'll twist too much and it will fall apart on a walk. But it hasn't yet.

Great visibility
Very bright, so it increases visibility on our walks nicely (both lights up our path and makes us visible to others). Easy to use and appears rugged and durable (we've had it for about 3 months so far). Easy to change the battery (uses one AAA battery). The only drawback is the size - OK for large dogs, would be too cumbersome for small to medium dogs.

Good but pay attention to the size
I bought this to put on my 40 pound aussie/heeler dog for our morning walks in the dark. I prefer using rechargeable batteries so like that this takes a regular battery and not watch batteries. The brightness is good and weight seems okay. However, the size is long and as a result it sways back and forth when she walks. I do not like that it has a split ring because it is a real pain to take off her collar every morning. And when I added a different hook it made it even longer and swayed even more.I also bought the Nite Ize SBL-03-11 S-Biner GetLit. I like this a little better because it is bright, not quite as long (but wider) therefore does not sway as much, and it is easy to get on and off her collar. But it takes watch batteries and pay attention to the other reviews about how this can be hard to squeeze to turn on the light. I have not had any issues but I could see how people with arthritis may find it challenging.

Late night walkers
I was skeptic at first for spending so much money on an itty bitty light. Then I used it and I was sold. I purchased it in white. I attach it to my dog's collar while on late night walks. We don't have sidewalks in our neighborhood so we have to walk in the street. I usually put it on the flashing mode. It has many versatile uses. I'll also be bringing it with us on hikes for just in case situations.

Very bright
Very bright, which is good because my dog is deaf. A little clunky, but she is 13 and not that active anymore.

This is the best dog light I have owned
This is the best dog light I have owned. I had to do a little modifying so it didn't hang down as low but as for brightness and durability, it's the best I've used. A little bulky but still worth if for me since it works. Those other little rubber ones that are cheap seem to last about 2 weeks before they start malfunctioning or dying. We've been running this for a couple of months now with no problems.

Works as expected
It does what it says. Only con is that the on/off switch is the cap and I often forget to turn it off. Just means more batteries!

I really like that it takes regular batteries so I can just change it myself and it won't cost a fortune. Good product. Very bright when batteries are fully charged.
