I purchased this Red LED Traffic Safety Wand Flashlight for a large event my company helped put together at a convention center this past May, where we needed something bright to direct a large number of people. I was very happy with it, but I needed the wands in two other colors that I didn't see available on Amazon. I left my glowing review (haha, see what I did there?) of the seller under his profile, but just want to mention that I really appreciated the level of customer service he provided me with for the products I needed.This is a review of the Red LED Safety Wand, but also applies to the amber, blue, and green-colored ones, so I copied this review and posted it for those listings as well. These wands are light, bright and highly visible at a distance of at least 260 ft., or approximately the length of a football field, which was how we used them. The baton itself is not too heavy and has a convenient wrist strap attached.I ordered several of each color of safety wand that the seller custom-made for me, and I and my boss were very happy with their quality and appearance. We plan to use them again next year, and I have no doubt they will shine just as brightly then as they did for us this year. I definitely recommend them!

I work at an airport and need these to Marshall in and out all kinds of aircraft, from giant MD-11's all the way down to little Cessnas. These are super bright! Very important as the weather is often foggy, and most of the time my marshalling is done in the darkness. I love the compact handle, the lighted part is still nice and large, but the small handles make them non bulky like the wands provided by my work. I'm a little concerned about their toughness, but until I drop them and they break I'll keep the rating 5 stars. And the value is superb. All in all I do not think I could have purchased better wands without spending a small fortune. A++!!! UPDATE 2-12-18...have had these for 5 months now and have and still not broken. 5 stars all the way!

I got this for directing traffic. The plastic feels cheap and I hope I don't drop it. However, it is exactly what I need. The flashing feature is a good attention getter. The light on the end could be handy for a quick check of documents, it's not very bright. The LED lights are bright and should help with battery life.

The wrist strap broke at the connector and the wrist strap got separated from the small thin cord. The Barton fell and now has cracks. Lights are still good but the waterproof is no longer intact. It fell on a carpet floor, I guess its too fragile or my friend dropped it bad.

Light weight and very bright. Has three functions, strobe, stable and flashlight. Great product for those who work outdoors at night or on foggy days.

very nice light, good and bright. After one night the switch seemed to stop working and I could only toggle between flashing and solid on. The next night the switch became completely useless and it only turned to solid on, I had to unscrew the cap to turn the unit off. I replaced the batteries, the light switch worked again but only in either flashing or solid on, then only for about an hour before it was back to just solid on and I had to unscrew the unit to turn it off. Then it worked about 15 minutes, then just turned off and I could not get it back on. Batteries were new and only used about 30 minutes. PROS - very bright, great length and light. CONS - cheaply made and switch was faulty. After three nights of use and 2 sets of batteries I just threw it away.

As a first responder, I often find myself directing traffic at the scene until law enforcement arrives. During darkness, these come in handy for extra visibility when moving vehicles through an accident. I have them in red and in yellow (writing the same review for the other color as well)
