Is it dry cleanable on a crocheted diaper caddy?

This being foam, I would imagine the chemical used to dry clean would melt it but I cannot say for sure.

I want to bend this into the shape of a ribbon is this flexible enough?

This stuff is very pliable, it bends nicely. As for a bow, if you shape your bow and tails and glue, not trying to tie like you do your shoe strings, it will work perfectly.
