Great device
Had a few of these type of devices over the years and they have all been a bit of a let down. Thought I would give this one a go due to the good reviews and wow, what a difference. I have been using it now for over a month and it has worked flawlessly the entire time. No issues with bt connection but the main positive for me is that I have had no problems with interference and the sound quality for streaming music has been excellent. Then you get the bonus of the nice screen with some info on what's playing and a equaliser. Hands free wise, it always works great and I can be heard clearly by callers.I really am very pleased with this device, worth every penny and saved me having to upgrade the head unit on my car.

Bluetooth transmitter
Better than the older version as it takes smaller place, excellent sound and design, easy to set up

Far cheaper than a smart radio set up in an older generation of car.
Bought for my 06 plate honda crv and works a treat. Two issues i have are that because it runs on FM radio if you get close to another station when driving round the country it can crackle until you amend the frequency.I use the power take off to power a charging dock when driving and this creates a feedback loop that is audible at lower sounds.Don't care though as it's sub £30 and not £300!

Nulaxy Excellent
I think I made the right purchase buying the Nulaxy car transmitter KM30. I bought it, because I couldn't find my KM20 which is buried somewhere amongst stuff from the kitchen. I had to disconnect my car's Bluetooth due to it draining my car's battery. I wanted to be able to listen to music whilst driving to Essex this weekend. There are so many transmitters to choose from. The old one was a KM20 with a long stork, it damaged my car's power socket because the fitting was too tight. The KM30 is a tight fit too, but I wanted to hear my music. It was simple to fit, pair up and operate. The sound quality is great, the bass is great, the treble is good. At first, I thought there was a tuning problem, because the frequency kept changing. It turned out to be the TA/PTY was on. I turned it off, the frequency locked in.Playing music, the volume seemed low. The bass wasn't booming, and the treble didn't seem refined. Everything sounded clear so I resigned to the idea that was all I would get. Until, on my return journey I turned the volume up and pressed the Bass button. I was presently surprised with sound I was hearing! Excellent sound quality. Excellent bass and treble. I could hear the instruments clear.I'm happy, because whilst driving my mum and sister to Essex, we can all listen to Mahalia Jackson (mum's favourite gospel singer) together!Have a happy day!

Excellent
Before purchasing the Nulaxy, I bought and returned two other offerings from Amazon that proved to be poor quality. However, not so with this one. This device actually exposed the poor quality of the UK analogue FM transmitters, because what it sends to my car radio is actually a massive improvement in clarity. It has such excellent fidelity and stereo separation that music tracks from a flash drive fill the interior of the car. It's also clear and sharp enough for audio-books and language learning. To minimize static noise, the volume on the Nulaxy should be turned up full, and thereafter, the loudness controlled by the radio. In my case, I found signal to noise ratio was best at the 88.3 MHz end of the FM band. Oddly enough, I initially experienced a little static at that frequency, but it eventually faded away after a day or two. As for the telephone hands free facility, I have been told that my voice can be heard clearly. If you have a deeply recessed car socket, as is the case with my British Ford Focus, you will find that the Nulaxy won't reach. However, I overcame this issue by using a hard plastic two-way adapter (https://www.amazon.co.uk/Double-Socket-Cigarette-Lighter-Adapter/dp/B003VP1M5I), which is also now available on Amazon. If I had to make one criticism of this product, it would be that the volume control is pointless because, as I mentioned earlier, to achieve best quality reception with lowest noise it needs to be permanently turned up to maximum. It would therefore be a big improvement to redesign the unit so that the volume control is replaced by a fast-forward and reverse facility for audio playback. Such a design modification would be particularly useful when listening to audio-books and foreign language education files. The best that the current design can do is jump forward and back between files, rather than moving within them. Loudness level could then be included in the settings.*UPDATE*: I'm reducing this from 5 stars to 4 stars because it completely destroys radio reception very near the chosen transmission frequency of the Nulaxy, and causes signal reduction of any stations broadcasting at around 10MHz higher or lower than the chosen frequency on the Nulaxy. Unplugging it would correct this situation, but then by doing that you lose the phone hands-free facility.

Poor durability, artifacting on sound playback, call quality poor, broken in well under a year
I purchased mine in July 23, it seemed really good, but it dad transmit all sorts of artifacts even when paused to the radio. Checking the audio on call quality showed that this had a very low volume for transmitted audio from phone calls to the radio. Why? I am unsure, I checked my phone and all was good there. The biggest issue started towards the end of 2023 with random charging issues for my phone. Finally in March it has stopped staying powered up when in my power socket in the car. I tried this in 3 different sockets in the car with the same issue. So a little fiddle of the unit (folding it up and down while plugged in)has shown there is a broken wire within the folding plug part. Very disappointed as my previous transmitter lasted 12 years, this one hasn't even managed one.I expected better for the price
